Profile

We are looking for a Senior Associate and Associate (mid-level) specialising in Commercial law including Commercial, Data Protection & Digital Regulation to join our fast-growing team in Dublin.

Our commercial team in Ireland specialises in contracts, data protection, and digital regulation. We draft and advise on commercial contracts, especially those involving IP, technology, and digital services, with a focus on the technology, media, entertainment, and life sciences sectors. Our team also guides clients in regulatory matters, and these can touch on data, consumer protection, AI, digital regulation, media, or cybersecurity. Experience working with regulators and clients in our key sectors is desirable.
