Day-to-Day of the Role:
- Provide legal and commercial expertise to pioneering market participants, both domestic and international.
- Work as part of cross-border and interdisciplinary teams to advise on various corporate activities.
- Engage actively in business development and thought leadership initiatives, seeking opportunities for new work.
- Draft legal documents clearly and concisely, using legal knowledge and commercial judgement to advise and assist clients.
- Attend networking and marketing events to promote the firm and build professional relationships.
- Develop and maintain reliable relationships with clients, ensuring the highest quality of service and acting in a diligent, entrusted, and professional manner.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2-5 years' relevant post-qualification experience in Corporate M&A.
- Strong academic credentials.
- Excellent analytical, technical, and drafting skills.
- High level of commercial and business awareness.
- Calm and measured approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
- Strong growth mindset that is open to feedback and adaptable.
