Tech Sales Support - South Dublin 

Reed is partnering with a long standing client of ours to recruit for a Sales Support team member to assist with lead generation general support to the Sales Team. This position has been created due to growth in the business.

This will be a full-time office based role in South Dublin, Mon - Fri: 9 am - 5.30 pm.

Job responsibilities:

• Work closely with the sales team to provide assistance and support for meeting revenue goals, marketing and customer service
• Liaise with customers on a daily basis
• Issue documents and reports to customers, sales team and management on request
• Follow up on leads and quotes
• Maintain a database as a sales pipeline

Personal criteria:
At least 2 years’ experience in sales / marketing / sales support 
Previous customer service experience would be very desirable
Confident use of MS Office and other CRMs
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Knowledge of IT industry and experience working with vendors would be beneficial but not essential
