Supply Chain Coordinator

Job Description

My client, a distribution company in Dublin 24 are seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis. The business has been operating since 2008 and have had a consistently strong trading performance along with being profitable every year since, this is a new role.

Salary €40,000 - €50,000 DOE

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage operations across the distribution line
  • Dealing with the manufacturer to organise inbound / outbound deliveries (EU / Non-EU)
  • Prepare quotes for internal Stakeholders
  • Manage stock entry, pricing and warehouse reconciliation
  • Generate and review stock reports to send to appropriate internal stakeholders
  • Invoicing Customers and process suppliers and freight invoices
  • Review current and implement new processes and procedures
  • Preparation of Monthly Intrastat reports

Skills & Attributes required

  • 3+ years’ experience in similar Supply Chain role
  • Third level business degree, preferably in logistics/supply chain qualification
  • Strong Excel (Pivot skills) and QuickBooks experience is desirable
  • Sea, Air, Road freight and express couriers experience is desirable
  • Understanding of FX and multi-currency operations
  • Customs documentation experience is desirable
  • IATA Hazardous training (Lithium batteries) is desirable 
    Excellent organisation, time management and planning skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, verbal & written
