A leading retailer, experts of hair and beauty products are seeking a Store Manager to join their Dublin 22 site on a permanent basis. Serving both the professional and retail customer the Store Manager will be responsible for managing, coaching and developing a team of Store Assistants.
Salary – €40,000 basic max

Hours – 8am – 5pm Mon – Fri, 12pm – 4pm Sun
The ideal candidate will have experience managing a team of 10+, be confident in performance management/ER, good stock management experience and have an interest in the industry. You must have a commercial mindset and have the sales ability to drive revenue.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Coach & develop team members to high levels of service and selling skills
- Promote multi- channel sales propositions.
- Continually assess customer feedback and initiate action plans accordingly
- Ensure customer relationships reflect our values
- Managing and motivating store team to deliver targets
- Timely management and execution of marketing campaign
- Identify commercial trends, suggesting improvements to product range to drive business forward
- Ensuring broad knowledge of competitor activity and local market conditions
- Identifying opportunities in store to grow sales
- Identifying opportunities outside of store to grow sales and acquire customers
- Keeping up to date on the hair and beauty industry
- Proactively upskilling yourself our products and brands
- Developing your knowledge of our Sally Europe business
- Identifying strengths and development and putting into practice
- Supporting team to grow and achieve through training and teamwork
- Recruiting, developing and growing of store team
- Identifying individuals with potential for growth

- Implement adequate plans to ensure fully staffed store appropriate to work and customer demands
