As a Sales Support Engineer you will play a crucial role in the sales process by providing technical expertise to our team and customers. You will work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements, develop tailored solutions, and ensure a seamless implementation of our products. Your ability to communicate technical information in a clear and accessible manner will be key to your success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and provide technical support during the sales process.
- Offering same day / next day solutions for customer needs.
- Assist in the preparation of sales materials, such as quotations etc.,
- Act as a liaison between the customer and sales office
- Provide post-sales support, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Data collection from site to identify and help with trouble shooting
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information via phone and email
- Assist customers with product selection, offering recommendations based on their needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
- Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure their needs are met and gather feedback.
Required Skills/Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or experience in a related field.
- 1 -2 years of experience in a technical support or sales engineering role.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
