Recruitment Coordinator, Full-time Permanent, Galway City, 30-32k
Our client, an international healthcare recruitment business, is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to join their team.
The ideal candidate will be outgoing, personable and a problem solver with a positive, enthusiastic attitude. The role is fast paced and would suit someone who is adaptable to change and enjoys working with others.
Job duties:
- Managing the recruitment process- advertising, sourcing, screening, onboarding, developing strong client and candidate relationships
- Dedicated focus on building client relationships through business development
- Responsible for ensuring all content is created and posted with a high level of attention to detail
- Building strong relationships with candidates, keeping candidates updated at all stages of recruitment process
- Providing regular updates and reports on status of candidates to clients
- Adhering to all company policies and meet all legislative requirements per client requirements
- Enter all candidate and client data accurately and in a timely manner to ensure that all systems are up to date and of the highest quality
Personal requirements:
- Previous recruitment and/or business development experience
- Third level qualification in HR, Business or similar
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong initiative and positive attitude to think outside the box when met with challenges
- High level attention to detail with strong compliance
- Availability for international travel
