Recruitment Coordinator, Full-time Permanent, Galway City, 30-32k 

Our client, an international healthcare recruitment business, is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to join their team.

The ideal candidate will be outgoing, personable and a problem solver with a positive, enthusiastic attitude. The role is fast paced and would suit someone who is adaptable to change and enjoys working with others.

Job duties:

  • Managing the recruitment process- advertising, sourcing, screening, onboarding, developing strong client and candidate relationships
  • Dedicated focus on building client relationships through business development 
  • Responsible for ensuring all content is created and posted with a high level of attention to detail
  • Building strong relationships with candidates, keeping candidates updated at all stages of recruitment process
  • Providing regular updates and reports on status of candidates to clients
  • Adhering to all company policies and meet all legislative requirements per client requirements
  • Enter all candidate and client data accurately and in a timely manner to ensure that all systems are up to date and of the highest quality

Personal requirements:

  • Previous recruitment and/or business development experience
  • Third level qualification in HR, Business or similar
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills 
  • Strong initiative and positive attitude to think outside the box when met with challenges 
  • High level attention to detail with strong compliance
  • Availability for international travel
