Our client, a restoration company based in Sandyford are seeking a Quantity Surveyor on a permanent basis to start ASAP.

 Salary - €40,000 - €50,000 DOE

 This is an excellent opportunity for a recently qualified QS to gain experience in a diverse and unique sector of the construction industry under the guidance of an experienced Senior QS and Construction Director.

Duties & Responsibilities

 ·         Assist in preparing cost budgets and cost estimates for new contracts

·         Assist in preparing monthly client applications

·         Undertaking site surveys of works percentage complete

·         Support with subcontract tender process and support the preparation of subcontract documentation

·         Assist in preparing of payment certificates for subcontract work

·         Assist in maintaining additional works
 

Minimum Requirements

·         BSc Degree in Quantity Surveyor or equivalent

·         Quantity surveying work experience is preferred
