My client, a distribution company in Dublin 24 are seeking a Logistics Coordinator/Logistics Graduate to join their team on a permanent basis. The business has been operating since 2008 and have had a consistently strong trading performance along with being profitable every year since, this is a new role.
Salary €35,000 - €50,000 DOE

Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage operations across the distribution line
- Dealing with the manufacturer to organise inbound / outbound deliveries (EU / Non-EU)
- Prepare quotes for internal Stakeholders
- Manage stock entry, pricing and warehouse reconciliation
- Generate and review stock reports to send to appropriate internal stakeholders
- Invoicing Customers and process suppliers and freight invoices
- Review current and implement new processes and procedures
- Preparation of Monthly Intrastat reports
Skills & Attributes required
- 2+ years’ experience in similar role / Supply Chain or Logistics
- Third level business degree, preferably in logistics/supply chain qualification
- Strong Excel (Pivot skills) and QuickBooks experience is desirable
- Sea, Air, Road freight and express couriers experience is desirable
- Understanding of FX and multi-currency operations
- Customs documentation experience is desirable
- IATA Hazardous training (Lithium batteries) is desirable
