We are currently recruiting for an IT Helpdesk Support candidate to join a company in Dublin 1. Supporting internal employees and service users the ideal candidate will have helpdesk support experience.
Salary banding - €31,000 - €45,000
13-month fixed term contract

Duties & Responsibilities
- Providing IT support to employees and remote users in a professional and friendly manner
- Answering the ICT Helpdesk Support emails, phone calls, and tickets
- Support the company engineers on projects
- Fully document all troubleshooting steps and create knowledge base articles of resolutions
- Remotely troubleshoot and quickly diagnose issues
- Actively seeking opportunities to improve the IT systems and IT operations
- Maintaining strong relationships and delivering excellent customer service
- Assisting with security of data, network access and backup systems including policies, testing, and retrieving of files
- Responsibility for the service users. Responsibilities include dealing with all queries and resolving problems as they occur, liaising with developers to resolve issues and to help improve the system
- Administering the company’s mobile phone account to include dealing with day-to-day requests and queries from internal and external committee members, liaising with Vodafone, managing MDM system
- Providing training on the systems to Head Office staff, external committees and remote users
- Administrative support on Microsoft platforms such as Exchange, Sharepoint, Azure, etc.
- Providing administrative support for the management of third-party relationships and ICT projects
- Ad-hoc research relating to equipment, systems etc. for new ICT projects
- Continuous personal ICT training and development
