REED are working with a transport company based in Ballymount, Dublin 12 – they are seeking a HR Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.
This is a brand-new role and it is essential that the chosen candidate has HR administration experience within Ireland.
Salary €33,000 - €35,000
Fully on site – due to the location a driver
Hours are 8am – 4pm / 9am – 5pm

This role of HR Administrator is to support our HR department - This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated and proactive individual who has strong HR administration experience and can provide a range of day-to-day administrative support to the team.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Update and process all starters and leavers and coordinate induction/exit interview
- Accurately process HR forms/documents
- Maintain and organise up to date personnel records
- Collate information required for HR metrics e.g. turnover/sickness
- Resolve colleague queries when possible
- Update HR noticeboards with all relevant information,
- Complete final Employee file check proof of right to work checks
- Support managers with minute taking in the investigation/disciplinary and grievance process
- Support and participate in people projects
- Support with completing Subject Access Requests
- Work alongside Marketing Manager to advertise all internal vacancies
- Support the recruitment process for all non-driving vacancies, including but not limited to posting vacancies, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, interview with relevant manager and all correspondence following the interview.
Skills & Attributes required
- 1/2 years proven HR administration experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Accredited HR qualification / CIPD Qualified
- Understanding of employment law, HR procedures and policies
- Able to adhere to and always maintain confidentiality.
- High level of accuracy and excellent attention to detail
- Ability to build effective working relationships at all levels within the organisation and with external 3rd parties.
- Able to organise, manage, prioritise and use own initiative
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Experience in writing procedures
- Experience of Microsoft Packages
