Facilities Assistant- Temporary, Full-time- Salary negotiable DOE- Dublin 2
Our client, a popular museum in Dublin City Centre, are seeking a temporary Facilities Assistant to join their team.
This will be for approx. 6 months, with the possibility of extension/becoming permanent
Job responsibilities:
• Assist the Facilities and Security Manager with the coordination of all facility related tasks
• Ensure a high standard of service at all times
• Liaise with external contractors regarding repairs, cleaning contracts and project upgrades on site
• Coordinate health and safety policies and procedures, risk assessments etc
• First point of contact for emergencies- completing incident reports and following response plans
• Promoting energy conservation awareness amongst staff and contractors
Essential criteria:
• Previous experience in a similar role essential
• Ability to work well to own initiative
• Ability to write reports, create presentations and accurately record data
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
