Customer Service Representative

Job Description

Our client, an insurance company based in Dublin 1 are seeking Customer Service Representatives to join their team. This company is passionate about the service they provide and are seeking candidates with customer service experience.

Please note this company are looking for candidates to start on Monday 11th September. This role is ideal for a candidate with retail, hospitality, or call centre experience.

Salary - €26,000

28 days annual leave

  • Handle a variety of inbound calls regarding motorcycle and classic car Insurance queries.
  • Provide a high level of customer service to new and existing customers.
  • Explain products, and benefits to prospective customers.
  • Keeping up to date on all products and policies.
  • Updated customers details and process payments.
  • Take ownership and resolve each situation to the customer's satisfaction.

Skills & Experienced Required

  • Experience of working in a customer service environment (face to face or telephone) 
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Resilience to work in a fast-paced exciting role.
  • Ability to handle challenging conversations.
