Conveyancing Legal Secretary / Executive

Dublin 2 Firm

A dynamic Dublin law firm, are currently seeking to recruit an experienced Legal Secretary/Legal Executive to work in the area of conveyancing for a full time permanent position.

Skills required:

Experience in a similar legal secretarial/legal executive role.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Advanced PC skills including MS Office, Outlook and Word and a case management system.
Accurate typing skills.
Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative.
The ability to prioritise and organise workload and to work to strict deadlines.


Duties and responsibilities will include:

Maintaining client files to include filing, referencing and opening files, archiving files, photocopying, scanning, etc.
Dealing with diary management and dealing directly with clients in support of the solicitors.
Dealing with all aspects of conveyancing to include but not limited to assisting with the issuing of contracts for sale, requisitions, drafting declarations and putting together closing documents, stamping, registration after completion etc.
Communicating with clients.
Liaising with banks, PRAI, Probate Office, Search Agents, County Councils, Revenue and other State Agencies.
Typing.


The position is office based. Salary commensurate with experience.
