Executive Assistant - 12 Month FTC

Key Responsibilities:
- File management
- Client billing and WIP and Accounts Receivable report management;
- Diary and email management
- Co-ordinating travel arrangements and meetings
- Processing Expenses
- Production, editing and formatting of legal documents and templates
- Maintaining and updating client database
- Ad-hoc duties as required
Required skills and Expertise:
- 1-3 years’ experience as a Legal Secretary PA/EA;
- Excellent IT Skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power point;
- Typing skills of at least 70 words per minute;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Excellent organisation skills with the ability to prioritise workload;
- Team player, who can also work on their own initiative;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- High degree of attention to detail.
- Experience with Client Billing/Payments systems would be an advantage but not essential
