Profile
Main responsibilities:
· Primary support to our Solicitors and Associates in all aspects of conveyancing and property transactions
· Administrative support to Principal and Partners as and when required
· Shared front of hours reception and office administrative duties
We are interested in hearing from people who feel they have the following qualities and skills:
· 1-2+ years in a similar role is desirable.
· A professional, proactive approach with a ‘can do’ attitude
· Excellent communication skills with an ability to communicate with clients and third parties in a friendly and professional manner
· Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as a team to achieve objectives
· Excellent level of attention to detail, time and priority management
· Excellent computer skills with experience in Case Management desirable
· Accuracy and speed in digital/audio typing
