Ordering & Merchandising Representative – FMCG Sector
Overview:
We’re seeking a motivated and energetic Ordering & Merchandising Rep to support sales and merchandising across Ireland. You’ll work closely with Territory Managers to manage retail relationships, ensure product visibility, and drive in-store promotions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve ordering and merchandising KPIs
- Set up and maintain product displays and promotional materials
- Ensure shelves are stocked and pricing is accurate
- Build strong relationships with store teams
- Identify upselling opportunities and new product placements
- Monitor competitor activity and report insights
- Provide feedback on product performance
- Invite clients to showroom visits
Key Skills:
- Strong communication and relationship-building
- Sales-driven with a focus on KPIs
- Retail or FMCG experience (preferred)
- Merchandising and visual display expertise
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Problem-solving and adaptability
