Litigation Legal Executive

We are seeking a skilled Litigation Legal Executive to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for managing a high volume of legal tasks efficiently while maintaining excellent relationships with clients and third parties. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a Litigation Department and possess strong communication skills.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Handle incoming correspondence and calls from agents, solicitors, and defendants.
- Draft legal documents such as letters, affidavits of service, statutory declarations, and bills of costs.
- Take instructions from clients and provide these to counsel regarding ongoing cases.
- Instruct summons servers and tracing agents as necessary.
- Prepare briefs and court documentation for Circuit Court and High Court proceedings and motions.
- Liaise with clients about court outcomes and subsequent steps.
- Serve proceedings and liaise with Court Services.
- Manage the enforcement of Orders for Possession, including coordination with relevant Sheriff offices.
- Maintain a high-volume, fast-moving workload.
- Uphold excellent relationships with all third parties involved.
- Provide assistance to the Operational Team and handle ad hoc duties as they arise.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Legal Executive in a Litigation Department.
- Proactive thinker and problem solver.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong phone manner and attention to detail.
