About the Role:
We’re seeking a dynamic Field Sales Manager to lead sales growth across Ireland in both the Home, Garden & DIY and FMCG sectors. This hybrid role combines field-based client engagement with strategic collaboration at HQ. You’ll manage a team, drive new business, and ensure exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support field sales and merchandising teams
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans
- Manage pipeline and drive revenue growth
- Identify new business opportunities across channels
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity
- Represent the company at trade shows and events
- Provide detailed sales reporting and performance insights
- Promote a customer-first culture across the business
- Travel nationwide to meet clients and team members
- Create impactful sales proposals and presentations
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in field sales or business development
- Strong relationship-building and influencing skills
- Strategic thinker with commercial awareness
- Experience in FMCG and/or DIY sectors (preferred)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams and projects
- Results-driven with strong analytical skills
- Full clean driver’s licence
