Receptionist – Corporate Office (Dublin City Centre)
Salary: €34,000 – €35,000 per year (depending on experience)
Location: Dublin City Centre
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 5 days on-site
We are currently seeking a professional and experienced Receptionist to join a dynamic corporate team in the heart of Dublin. This is a full-time, on-site role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and has a strong background in front-of-house operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional and friendly manner
- Manage incoming calls and emails, directing queries appropriately
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and support office events
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Provide general administrative support to various departments
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role
- Previous experience in a corporate or professional services environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general office systems
- Professional appearance and a proactive attitude
