Receptionist – Corporate Office (Dublin City Centre)

Salary: €34,000 – €35,000 per year (depending on experience)
Location: Dublin City Centre
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 5 days on-site

We are currently seeking a professional and experienced Receptionist to join a dynamic corporate team in the heart of Dublin. This is a full-time, on-site role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and has a strong background in front-of-house operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional and friendly manner
  • Manage incoming calls and emails, directing queries appropriately
  • Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and support office events
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Provide general administrative support to various departments

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role
  • Previous experience in a corporate or professional services environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general office systems
  • Professional appearance and a proactive attitude
