Customer Service Executive 

A dynamic company in the DIY and garden machinery sector is seeking a Customer Service Executive to join its head office team in Dublin. This is a fast-paced and varied role, ideal for an enthusiastic individual with strong customer service skills and a problem-solving mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer calls and process orders.
  • Provide high-level support to both internal and external customers.
  • Liaise with service centre, sales, buying, and transport teams.
  • Assist with quotes, repairs, and machinery bookings.
  • Ensure timely communication and uphold credit terms.

Ideal Candidate:

  • 1–3 years’ experience in a customer service role.
  • Strong IT skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
  • A proactive team player with a passion for solving problems.
  • Experience in the DIY sector is a plus but not essential.
