Property Legal Assistant

Previous property experience is highly desirable.
Main Responsibilities:

Being a point of contact on behalf of the legal team Internally and externally

Assist with routine legal queries

Assist with research on cases
-
Undertake ad hoc projects as requested

Upkeep of the firm’s standard legal documentation and templates

Liaising with various stakeholders regarding legal matters

Photocopying, scanning
-
Brief Building
Skills and Attributes:

Attention to detail is essential to this role

Self-motivated and works off own initiative

Strong communication (both verbal and written)

Problem Solver

IT literate and willing to adopt new platforms. Prior knowledge of Microsoft Office and Practice Evolve will be beneficial

Ability to multi-task, to manage time effectively and to prioritise assignments in a fast-paced ever changing environment

Knowledge of technology and IT-relevant legal problems and recent developments
-
Experience building relationships and communicating with Clients and Experts when required

Comfortable taking instruction and working within the parameters of a team
-
Legal experience is an advantage for this role
