Customer Service Executive
A dynamic company in the DIY and garden machinery sector is seeking a Customer Service Executive to join its head office team in Dublin. This is a fast-paced and varied role, ideal for an enthusiastic individual with strong customer service skills and a problem-solving mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer calls and process orders.
- Provide high-level support to both internal and external customers.
- Liaise with service centre, sales, buying, and transport teams.
- Assist with quotes, repairs, and machinery bookings.
- Ensure timely communication and uphold credit terms.
Ideal Candidate:
- 1–3 years’ experience in a customer service role.
- Strong IT skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
- A proactive team player with a passion for solving problems.
- Experience in the DIY sector is a plus but not essential.
