Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? We are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join our dynamic team in the medical device industry.

Must have medical admin background

Key Responsibilities -->

  • Communicate effectively with customers, sales representatives, and agents.
  • Manage bookings for Loan and Consignment Sets and process orders using DEAR CRM.
  • Handle back orders, pricing queries, and quotations.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and prepare invoices post-dispatch.
  • Resolve product/service issues promptly and professionally.
  • Assist with warehouse order preparation and ensure compliance with Quality Management Systems.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support other roles during holiday/sickness cover.


Essential Skills & Experience-->

  • Medical administrative background – this is essential.
  • Experience within the medical device industry (sterile and non-sterile implantable devices).
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and in a team.
  • IT literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Highly organised, proactive, and detail-focused.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a professional telephone manner.


Desirable-->

  • Previous experience in a professional office environment.
  • A Levels or higher (or equivalent).
  • Familiarity with Power BI and other reporting tools.
