Warehouse Operations Specialist
About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Operations Specialist to join a dynamic team. In this role, you will support the Operations Manager to ensure the smooth running of our warehouse and customer service functions, delivering exceptional service to our distribution partners and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Process orders from distribution partners and suppliers
- Manage goods inward/outbound processes and stock control
- Assemble, inspect, and dispatch kits with accurate documentation
- Handle loan kit requests and schedule demo kit maintenance
- Monitor back orders and conduct warehouse audits
- Respond to and resolve customer queries promptly
- Build strong relationships with distribution partners and internal teams
- Prepare reports for leadership and manage invoicing with Finance
- Ensure compliance with Quality Management System and QAPs
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support team engagement
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in the medical device industry, including sterile and non-sterile implantable devices
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and in a team
- IT literate with excellent administrative and organisational skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and proactive problem-solving ability
- Flexible and adaptable to varying workloads
- A positive team player with a strong internal drive to add value
