Join our client, a dynamic and energetic full-service law firm located in Dublin 2. They are a commercially focused legal practice with a strong reputation for delivering legal solutions for business. They are currently seeking a personable and enthusiastic qualified Solicitor to join their Commercial Dispute Resolution & Litigation Team.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Advising corporate clients on commercial disputes, including Commercial Court cases.
- Developing strategies for clients, encompassing litigation, mediation, and arbitration.
- Ensuring a thorough understanding and application of High Court procedures.
- Handling a wide range of commercial disputes.
- Engaging in administrative or planning litigation, or restructuring, which would be advantageous although not essential.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Qualified Solicitor admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in Ireland.
- 3-7 years’ PQE.
- Excellent technical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong client care and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and progress own files.
- Collaborative approach and strong team player.
