Job Title: Sales Support Administrator (Temporary Contract)

About the Role:

CANDIDATE MUST HAVE WORKED IN NATIONAL ACCOUNT MANAGMENT ENVIROMENT 

We are currently undergoing a major systems transformation, implementing a new SAP platform that will integrate all areas of our business—from Supply Chain to Finance. To support this transition, we are seeking an experienced Sales Support Administrator to provide temporary cover for team members involved in project work. This role requires someone who can hit the ground running, applying their prior experience to support our National Accounts team and broader sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the National Accounts team.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including Supply Chain, Finance, Customer Services, and Sales.
  • Step in to cover ad-hoc tasks related to account management during the SAP implementation period.
  • Prepare and analyze data using Excel, summarizing findings for internal stakeholders.
  • Create simple, clear presentations to communicate insights and updates.
  • Manage professional email communications with internal and external stakeholders.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Proven experience in sales support or account management.
  • Solid understanding of basic financial principles (e.g., net sales, profitability).
  • Highly autonomous with the ability to manage tasks independently.
  • Fast learner, adaptable to changing business needs.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic and sometimes ambiguous environment.
  • Strong written communication skills with a professional tone.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Experience with SAP systems is a plus but not essential.
