Product Manager – Modular (EMEA)

Role Summary:
Seeking a strategic Product Manager to lead modular prefabricated data center solutions across EMEA. The role focuses on market strategy, customer engagement, P&L performance, compliance, and innovation, with cross-functional collaboration across engineering, sales, and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop product strategies aligned with EMEA market trends and standards
- Drive go-to-market plans and product launches
- Build customer relationships and gather market insights
- Monitor P&L and recommend pricing strategies
- Support business cases for product development
- Ensure compliance with IEC, EN, RoHS, REACH, and other EMEA regulations
- Champion sustainability and ESG initiatives
- Own and manage regional product roadmaps
Ideal Candidate:
- Degree in engineering, business, or related field (MS/MBA preferred)
- 5–10 years in product management, ideally in modular or critical power sectors
- Strong EMEA market and regulatory knowledge
- Experience in P&L analysis and strategic planning
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with hyperscale/colocation markets a plus
- Multilingual and open to EMEA travel
