Sales Executive – Architectural Products

We’re seeking a commercially sharp, technically confident Sales Executive with strong specification experience to join our Dublin-based team. You’ll promote a premium portfolio of architectural finishing systems — including metal ceilings, rafts, baffles, wall cladding and integrated solutions — directly to the design and construction community.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a design-led, project-driven environment and has a proven ability to influence specifications, work with commercial contractors, and secure orders throughout the full project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Specification Leadership

  • Proactively influence and secure product specification across architects, designers, and project specifiers.
  • Partner with design teams to provide technical, aesthetic and commercial solutions that meet project ambitions.

Commercial & Project Sales

  • Drive growth in sales volume, gross margin, and long-term market presence.
  • Track and manage projects from early design through tender, construction, installation, and completion.
  • Build strong relationships with developers, main contractors, subcontractors, and installers to protect and convert specifications into orders.

Market Engagement

  • Actively network within the architectural and commercial construction sectors to increase product preference and brand visibility.
  • Provide competitor, market, and project intelligence to support strategic business decisions.

Operational Excellence

  • Maintain accurate and detailed activity records using CRM systems.
  • Collaborate closely with local and international teams to deliver outstanding technical and design support.

What You’ll Bring

Essential Experience

  • Proven sales success within the construction, manufacturing, or building materials sector.
  • Direct experience influencing architectural specifications and working with commercial contractors.
  • Strong understanding of project stages, procurement routes, and contractor engagement.
