Our client is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper/Office Manager to join their team in Navan. This role is crucial for maintaining financial records in compliance with Law Society regulations and managing the office operations efficiently.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Maintain all financial records to ensure compliance with Law Society regulations.
- Manage daily financial transactions.
- Prepare quarterly balancing statements.
- Prepare and file VAT returns.
- Process weekly payroll and ensure compliance with revenue requirements.
- Oversee day-to-day office administration, provide IT support, and ensure efficient office operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in legal bookkeeping.
- Excellent organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with a high level of confidentiality.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of maintaining strong relationships both internally and externally.
