Our client is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper/Office Manager to join their team in Navan. This role is crucial for maintaining financial records in compliance with Law Society regulations and managing the office operations efficiently.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Maintain all financial records to ensure compliance with Law Society regulations.
  • Manage daily financial transactions.
  • Prepare quarterly balancing statements.
  • Prepare and file VAT returns.
  • Process weekly payroll and ensure compliance with revenue requirements.
  • Oversee day-to-day office administration, provide IT support, and ensure efficient office operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in legal bookkeeping.
  • Excellent organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently with a high level of confidentiality.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of maintaining strong relationships both internally and externally.
