HR Manager - West Dublin

As part of our clients continued development, we are now seeking a dynamic Human Resources Manager to join their team and take ownership of all HR-related functions within the business.

The Role
The successful candidate will have full responsibility for HR across the business, ensuring compliance, supporting staff, and helping build a great place to work and foster a positive workplace culture. This role will be supported by their directors and working closely with their external HR advisors when required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for all employee HR queries regarding company policy, contracts, benefits, etc.
  • Manage and process the payroll.
  • Maintain and coordinate training requirements across the company.
  • Oversee the aspects of recruitment – advertising roles, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, onboarding, etc.
  • Conduct and support performance reviews, salary reviews, and remuneration benchmarking.
  • Manage disciplinary and grievance procedures, ensuring compliance with employment law and best practice.
  • Maintain and update employee records in line with GDPR requirements.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • CIPD qualification (Level 5 minimum; Level 7 desirable).
  • Minimum 4 years' post-qualification experience in a HR Generalist role. Experience in a standalone HR position or SME environment would be an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of Irish employment law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and to take initiative.
