Job Description

REED is excited to collaborate with a dynamic company in Dublin that is currently seeking a dedicated Senior Recruitment Consultant. They are looking for a proactive and results-driven Recruiter - Talent Delivery Partner to join their growing Recruiting team. In this role, you will serve as a strategic hiring partner to business leaders, ensuring efficient and high-quality recruitment outcomes. You will be responsible for stakeholder engagement, recruitment operations, and candidate management.

7-month temporary contract – employed by agency

Hybrid working – 3 days in the office (Flexible)

 

Key Responsibilities:
 

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs and workforce planning.
  • Manage the recruitment processes across multiple roles and departments.
  •  Deliver consistent, high-quality candidate experiences from first contact to onboarding.
  • Work closely with Talent Attraction Partners (responsible for building the candidate pipeline), Recruiting Coordinators, and other internal stakeholders to drive hiring outcomes
  •  Monitor and report on recruitment metrics (e.g., Hiring numbers, time to fill, interview to hire ratio, etc)
  • Ensure all recruitment practices are aligned with company values and compliance standards.
  • Provide strategic insight and data-driven recommendations to improve hiring processes
  •  Maintain accurate candidate records and process documentation within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Support talent marketing initiatives as needed.


    Qualifications:
     
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role.
  • Proven success in delivering results in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  •  Strong stakeholder management and consultative skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  •  Ability to prioritize and manage multiple roles and projects simultaneously.
  • Commitment to delivering an inclusive hiring process.
  •  Confident and capable using data to provide recruitment insights.
  • Be a self-starter and possess a strong sense of self-motivation by bringing fresh perspective and ideas to the team and client groups.
