My client, a well-established business in Dublin 12 is currently seeking an enthusiastic and energetic Sales & Marketing Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to join a very successful sales and marketing team. Day-to-day duties of the role:
• Plan, implement, manage, and report on marketing activities, reporting directly to the head of the sales team.
• Define, coordinate, update, and report on all marketing plans and campaigns.
• Secure promotional opportunities across all media, including our store, and liaise with partners on these.
• Ensure that all marketing materials are of high quality, submitted on time, and reflect the company’s objectives, with a continuous improvement approach.
• Coordinate all advertising/promotional activity with the sales team and vendor leads.
• Assist the marketing team in coordinating events.
• Manage database activity, including cross-selling materials, price promotions, and special offers.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Good people skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment and under tight deadlines.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of the existing Sales Team.
• Creativity and a proactive approach to the role.
• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential.
