In this role your duties will include:

  • Preparation of legal documents including briefs, booklets, and discovery materials.
  • Updating files on the case management system.
  • Typing / digital dictation -strong typing speeds required.
  • Maintaining client files.
  • Scheduling meetings and hearings with clients, witnesses, Counsel and other relevant individuals.
  • General administration – post, phone calls, correspondence management.

For consideration for this role you will ideally have:

  • 2+ years’ experience as a Legal Secretary with experience in Litigation.
  • Experience using case management systems.
  • Strong typing speeds – 60WPM
  • Experience preparing legal documents and liaising with clients.
