Legal Secretary

In this role your duties will include:
- Preparation of legal documents including briefs, booklets, and discovery materials.
- Updating files on the case management system.
- Typing / digital dictation -strong typing speeds required.
- Maintaining client files.
- Scheduling meetings and hearings with clients, witnesses, Counsel and other relevant individuals.
- General administration – post, phone calls, correspondence management.
For consideration for this role you will ideally have:
- 2+ years’ experience as a Legal Secretary with experience in Litigation.
- Experience using case management systems.
- Strong typing speeds – 60WPM
- Experience preparing legal documents and liaising with clients.
