Key responsibilities:

Case management: handle a diverse caseload with minimal supervision, ensuring timely and efficient progress of cases.

Legal research and analysis: conduct thorough legal research.

Client interaction: maintain strong client relationships, providing clear and professional advice tailored to their needs.

Documentation: draft, review, and negotiate a variety of legal documents including contracts, agreements, and pleadings.

Court representation: represent clients in court, preparing and presenting cases effectively.

Compliance: ensure all legal activities comply with current legislation and regulatory requirements.

 

Qualifications and skills:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in law or equivalent; 

Experience: minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience in a similar role.

Knowledge: strong understanding of relevant legal practices and procedures.

 

Skills:

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.

Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software.
