Inside Sales Account Manager

Do you have 1-2+ experience in proactive B2B sales?

If so this could be a great opportunity to join a thriving business, looking to expand their Sales team. The role will focus on 'Workplace Solutions' which may include Office Fitouts and Interiors, Office Supplies, Custom Printed Promotional Products and PPE. You will be given a portfolio of existing accounts with growth opportunities, however the focus will be to build new business.

Basic Salary is €40-45K and OTE is €1000 per month with no cap

Fully remote or hybrid working options are available after successfully passing probation.

About the role 

  • Identify new business opportunities and ensure adequate levels of prospecting to deliver new business targets.
  • Optimise the product range penetration in each account, ensuring all cross-selling opportunities are maximised within each account.
  • Effectively manage and develop customers so they develop into long term business relationships.
  • Achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) to include:
  • Outbound Call Times – Min 1 Hour 30 Minutes
  • Outbound Call Volume – 30 calls per day

About you

  • Ideally 1-2 years of proven sales experience in a proactive business to business sales environment.
  • A proven track record of managing a client base and closing business opportunities.
  • Ability to communicate, influence and negotiate extremely effectively at all levels of seniority within a company.
  • High degree of self-motivation, strong commitment and result oriented.
