Clerical Officer 

Location: Dublin City Centre
Schedule: Monday to Friday, Office-Based

We are seeking a Clerical Officer to join our Legal and Industrial Relations team in Dublin City Centre. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic and professional environment, supporting senior officials and contributing to the smooth operation of the section. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality administrative and clerical support to the team.
  • Manage correspondence, documentation, and records with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist in preparing and proofreading reports, letters, and other materials.
  • Respond to queries in a professional, courteous, and helpful manner.
  • Work collaboratively within a team to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.

Essential Competencies

  • A relevant third-level qualification and/or equivalent experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent writing ability with attention to detail, spelling, and grammar.
  • Proven organisational skills, including the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, OneDrive, and Adobe Acrobat DC.
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and proactive approach to tasks.
