Day-to-day of the role:

  • Advise on commercial contracts, particularly those involving IP, technology, or digital services, with a focus on technology, media, entertainment, and life sciences sectors.
  • Apply your experience to provide excellent commercial advisory services to our clients.
  • Assist clients in their interactions with regulators, guiding them through complex regulatory matters including data, consumer protection, AI, digital regulation, media, and cybersecurity.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the globe to deliver best-in-class work and results.
  • Assist the Commercial Partners in managing the rapid growth of the practice.
  • Support the strategic objectives of the firm and get involved in business development opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Commercial Law, particularly in drafting and advising on commercial contracts involving IP, technology, and digital services.
  • Experience working with regulators and clients in technology, media, entertainment, and life sciences sectors is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and manage complex projects across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ambitious and driven, with a desire to excel in a fast-paced international law firm.
