Our client wishes to recruit an experienced Legal Executive to join their team. The office is a busy general practice operating in Dublin 2. They offer a pleasant working environment with no office politics.
At least two years' experience in residential conveyancing is required. Experience in litigation an asset but not essential. Initiative and reliability important. Salary commensurate with experience and expertise. This is an onsite position and will not involve remote working.
Skills required:

• The ability to prioritise and organise workload with minimum supervision;

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, i.e. Word, Excel, Access and Outlook;
Experience required in:
• Liaising with clients and third party solicitors;
• Day to day management and running of conveyancing files from initial instruction to completing registration.
• Day to day office administrative tasks including accounts entry and occasional shared reception work.
• Preparing loan documents; and arranging closings;
• Dealing with phone calls and emails in a prompt and efficient manner.
