Job Description

My client based in Dublin 12 wishes to recruit a permanent Secretary/Administrator to join their team, providing support to two managers in their maintenance team.

Salary- around €33,000- negotiable DOE

Monday- Thursday 8.30-5, Friday 8.30-4

Office based

Parking available

Job responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support to senior staff
  • Dealing with customers over the phone, emails and in person in a professional and effective manner
  • Typing and sending quotes
  • Typing and sending contracts
  • Updating various databases with a high level of accuracy
  • Typing and sending site hazard notices
  • Typing and sending insurance reports to customers
  • Liaising with external contractors/companies
  • Perform duties such as scanning, filing, transcribing, and faxing

Essential criteria:

  • Proven work experience (2-3 years minimum) as a secretary/receptionist/administrator
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Confident typist
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to be resourceful and use own initiative
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Customer service orientation
  • Attention to detail
