Sales Administrator / Order Processer - 2 months temporary

Job Description

My client, a medical supplies company based in Dublin 11 are seeking a Sales Administrator/Order Processing Administrator to start ASAP on a temporary basis. The role will be for a minimum of 2 months.

The company is small so the ideal candidate must have experience working with orders and feel confident working individually on tasks.

Temporary – 2 months +

Office Based

€15.00 per hour

Immediate start

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the day-to-day sales administration support to the company’s customer base and sales
  • Processing payments / refunds
  • Taking orders over the phone/email and through the website
  • Giving customers an update on their orders
  • Checking stock availability
  • Customer Service and sales order processing 
  • Responsible for accurate price loading for new and existing accounts
  • Liaise with Logistics provider on a daily basis to ensure accurate transfer of orders

Essential criteria

  • Good understanding of various IT platforms and MS Office (particularly Excel)
  • Strong Customer Service attitude and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
  • Bring a professional, efficient, and positive approach to the sales office
