My client, a medical supplies company based in Dublin 11 are seeking a Sales Administrator/Order Processing Administrator to start ASAP on a temporary basis. The role will be for a minimum of 2 months.
The company is small so the ideal candidate must have experience working with orders and feel confident working individually on tasks.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the day-to-day sales administration support to the company’s customer base and sales
- Processing payments / refunds
- Taking orders over the phone/email and through the website
- Giving customers an update on their orders
- Checking stock availability
- Customer Service and sales order processing
- Responsible for accurate price loading for new and existing accounts
- Liaise with Logistics provider on a daily basis to ensure accurate transfer of orders
Essential criteria
- Good understanding of various IT platforms and MS Office (particularly Excel)
- Strong Customer Service attitude and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication skills
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
- Bring a professional, efficient, and positive approach to the sales office
