Sales Administrator – Dublin 22

Reed is delighted to partner with a fantastic Irish business based in West Co. Dublin who are looking to recruit for a Sales Administrator in a busy sales team. This is a new role due to company growth.

The successful candidate will have strong sales admin/order processing experience and good knowledge of Excel and Word.

€33,000 - €36,000 + discretionary bonus

Salary review after 12 months

Fully office based, Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5pm


Duties & Responsibilities

  • Monitor emails for important emails that need to be attended to immediately
  • Process day-to-day (simplified orders) orders that come in via email or phone
  • Check Data accuracy on orders and invoices (ensure items are correct cost and sell via Account terms, ensure delivery addresses are correct)
  • Liaise with the logistics department to ensure timely deliveries
  • Ensure project schematics are sent with deliveries and follow up O&M or submittal documentation
  • Maintain and update when necessary sales and customer records
  • Resolving queries with invoices
  • Assist with procurement of special equipment for live sales orders
  • Posting supplier invoices on the system, preparing invoices for payment and getting invoices approved
  • Produce weekly reports for what actions need to be taken on active sales orders
  • Liaising on the phone for the accounts department
  • Answer telephone for basic inquiries or identify and locate individuals who can provide answers

Skills & Attributes required

  • Practical experience with Adobe software is a plus
  • Experience with Microsoft office, Word & Excel
  • Must be reliable, flexible, and able to handle confidential information
  • Works well individually and as part of a team
