Job Description

Our client based in Ballymount, Dublin 24 is seeking an Operations Administrator on a permanent basis.

Salary – up to €38,000 max

Annual leave – 20 days + bank holidays

Hours – 9am – 5.30pm – Office based

The company are seeking an experienced Operations Administrator to join a dynamic Operations Team at their head office in Ballymount, Dublin 24. This is a fast-paced role that requires a proactive individual who thrives under pressure and enjoys working in a busy environment.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Oversee the smooth day-to-day operations of the department
  • Scheduling and creating weekly rosters for contractors – 160 staff approx.
  • Manage customer database and responding to queries
  • Manage recruitment administration for contractors – ETW checks, contracts etc
  • Act as a key point of contact for field based personnel
  • Provide support for existing and new customer accounts
  • Handle general administration tasks, including typing and documentation
  • Prepare and generate weekly and monthly reports
  • Organise department scanning, filing, and archiving

Skills & Attributes required

  • 2-3 years of experience in a scheduling type environment ie Engineering, Security, Construction, Facilities
  • The ability to conduct several tasks daily
  • Strong communication skills with a professional telephone manner
  • Excellent administrative and organizational abilities
  • Problem-solving skills to manage client queries effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
