Salary – up to €38,000 max
Annual leave – 20 days + bank holidays

The company are seeking an experienced Operations Administrator to join a dynamic Operations Team at their head office in Ballymount, Dublin 24. This is a fast-paced role that requires a proactive individual who thrives under pressure and enjoys working in a busy environment.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee the smooth day-to-day operations of the department
- Scheduling and creating weekly rosters for contractors – 160 staff approx.
- Manage customer database and responding to queries
- Manage recruitment administration for contractors – ETW checks, contracts etc
- Act as a key point of contact for field based personnel
- Provide support for existing and new customer accounts
- Handle general administration tasks, including typing and documentation
- Prepare and generate weekly and monthly reports
- Organise department scanning, filing, and archiving
Skills & Attributes required
- 2-3 years of experience in a scheduling type environment ie Engineering, Security, Construction, Facilities
- The ability to conduct several tasks daily
- Strong communication skills with a professional telephone manner
- Excellent administrative and organizational abilities
- Problem-solving skills to manage client queries effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
