Litigation Legal Secretary

File Management - setting up files and opening new files
Document Controlling - Managing high levels of documents as well as typing letters and amending documents
Court Administration - Preparing court documents and liaising with counsel
Invoice Management
Administration duties such as photocopying, filing, answering the phone, replying to emails, booking couriers, arranging meetings and booking consultations as well as taking detailed messages for solicitors


Experience:

Previous Legal Secretarial experience or extensive Office Administration experience
Ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team
Experience of working in a fast past environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong I.T skills - All Microsoft packages
Fast and accurate typing skills
Reliable and efficient at time management
