Litigation Legal Secretary

A general practice firm based in Dublin 7, is seeking a Legal Secretary with experience in personal injury litigation and family law.


Role requirements:

Excellent audio typing skills and MS Office proficiency;
Organised, professional and conscientious;
Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills and time management;
Self-starter with strong interpersonal skills;
Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team;
Excellent communication skills and excellent telephone manner.


Audio typing of documents, letters and emails;
Proactive diary, inbox and filing management;
Engaging with clients, solicitors and third parties;
Maintaining client files through photocopying, scanning, filing, opening and archiving, etc.;
Ensure that clients are dealt with efficiently and politely;
Assist in general office administration.

Salary commensurate with experience.
