Our client is seeking to recruit a Legal Secretary to work in their Corporate/Commercial department. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast paced, team focused department and there are opportunities for career advancement and development. Salary commensurate with experience.


Responsibilities:
• Familiarity with MS Office Suite, MS Word/Outlook/Excel with excellent typing skills.
• Providing secretarial support to include dictaphone typing.
• Electronically filing emails and documents.
• Creating and generating contracts/agreements.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills;
• Flexible and adaptable approach to work and role;
• Good communication skills.


Requirements:
• Experience working on corporate/commercial documents or environment is an advantage;
• Ability to work as part of a team.
