Legal Office Manager

Dublin 2 Firm

Fixed Term Contract 6 months

Duties include (not exhaustive)
- Supervising move to new offices

 Responsible for dealing with all I.T support functions: -
o Computers/hardware/contract renewals
o Printers
o Telephones/mobile phones
 Assisting in HR support functions: -
o New employee induction
o Dealing with staff issues and reporting to partners
o Assisting in the recruitment & selection process
 Responsible for carrying out risk management functions: -
o Responsible for setting up annual risk management audit
o Arranging and setting up regulatory staff training
o Arranging file reviews
 Liaising with pension company and insurers
 Arrange and prepare for monthly partners meetings and taking down minutes.
 Preparing letters, presentations, and reports for partners
 Supervising and monitoring the work of administrative staff
 Responsible for the overall upkeep of the office and maintaining equipment.

Experience/requirements

 Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
 Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work
 Attention to detail
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills
 Strong organisational and planning skills in a busy law firm

Job-type – Fixed 6 month contract
Salary – Commensurate with experience
