Profile

Seeking to recruit a motivated, enthusiastic and experienced legal executive (minimum 5 years experience working in a legal practice) working with its Corporate & Commercial teams.

Our team is hard working and dedicated to client service in a collegial, friendly and encouraging environment.

You will be working directly with two of the teams partners and will have the opportunity for career progression within the practice.

The team has a broad practice encompassing work across a number of areas:-

M&A
Corporate Transactions
Commercial Contracts
Banking and Finance
Intellectual Property
Requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work on own initiative
Ability to meet deadlines
Good file and document management skills
Familiarity with Evolve case management would be an advantage
Previous in office experience an advantage.
