Key Responsibilities:
File management
Client billing and WIP and Accounts Receivable report management;
Diary and email management
Co-ordinating travel arrangements and meetings
Processing Expenses
Production, editing and formatting of legal documents and templates
Maintaining and updating client database
Ad-hoc duties as required
Required skills and Expertise:
3-4 years’ experience as a Legal Secretary PA/EA;
In-depth experience with Client Billing/Payments systems;
Excellent IT Skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power point;
Typing skills of at least 70 words per minute;
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
Excellent organisation skills with the ability to prioritise workload;
Team player, who can also work on their own initiative;
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
High degree of attention to detail.
