In-house legal Counsel needed for established construction, development and property investment company based in Carrickmacross, County Monaghan.

Hours: 9am – 5pm
Legal role
Hours: 9 to 5 - five days a week all in office in Carrickmacross

Successful candidate will perform the following roles:-
- Reviewing commercial contracts
- Advising in relation to construction contracts
- Managing tenancies, contracts and other legal issues for a shopping centre
- Dealing with property law issues and disputes. Advising in relation to conveyances
- Advising in relation to commercial litigation
- Liaising with outside Counsel
Some experience of residential tenancies would also be desirable.
